YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK

Proverbs 23 Verse 7 "For as he thinketh in his heart, so he is."
Your thoughts are things. They create and manifest. They are powerful. The words of your mouth also have this power. So remember to think positive thoughts today and every day and to speak postive words today and every day. When the negative comes, which it always will; do not allow it to linger.
What have you done today to attract good things into your life?.....are you paying attention or letting your mind run wildly and without control? Your thoughts and words will create whether you pay attention or not, so why not have a say in your future?

I am in complete agreement. It does take some discipline though. My mind wants to go off on it's own and run wild.............
I have to admit I can get caught in a whirlwind of pre-occupations sometimes BUT I always start my day with ``I CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY`` and end it with `TODAY I AM GRATEFUL FOR....`` It is very empowering!

Francesca, you are one of the more positive people I have met. You are doing great. Hurry up and get that house in San Diego........I need a place to visit.
