Essence of the Divine

As we go through our day, we come across many people. We can be shopping for groceries, making a deposit at the bank, going to the post office, speaking on the phone to  a company representative or any number of things we do as part of our daily lives.

What most of us never think of is that the person we are interacting with is just like us. He or she is probably dealing with a variety of problems and issues that are part  of life and some may be very serious.

So when we show kindness to someone, we may have no idea how much we may be helping to lift their spirits and giving them a moment of just feeling good.

And the best part about Kindness is that it is free. It takes nothing from us and actually enhances our lives. Kindness is like a boomerang. It will always come back to us. At the moment we give the kindness, we feel a good feeling. And of course we have just made some very good Karma.

So it is a good idea to be aware as you go about your day, that your small acts of kindness have a most positive effect on the planet.
